Refund policy

  1. Nubabs shall return products or refund customers in accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its Returns/Refunds Policy set out below.
  2. For all Online Purchases you have the option of returning goods within 7 days from date of purchase BUT refunds will only apply to unopened products, and item must be returned in same condition it was received. NO goods returned with damaged packaging will be accepted.
  3. All returns will attract a return fee which is equal to the Courier fee to return the goods.  
  4. Any Refund due to a customer will be done within 14 days after we have received the goods and after the condition of the goods has been assessed.  
  5. Should a product be damaged in any way or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods either via email, sales@nubabs.co.za or call/SMS/WhatsApp 084 662 3210 0r 084 666 4888 . Breakages not reported within 3 days will not be exchanged or refunded.
  6. Faulty must be returned in their original condition – including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
    On receipt and acceptance of returned product, Nubabs will make all reasonable effort to exchange said product, but if replacement is not possible Nubabs will refund the purchase price, including delivery cost. Such amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods
    The faulty product will be collected from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace/Refund the product as quickly as possible. 
  7. Please note normal wear and tear, negligence, and inappropriate use of the item bought does not apply as defective product.
